All shipping is handled by third-party couriers (either Aramex or Pudo). In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the responsibility lies with the courier service not Thriftalley.

Thriftalley will ensure that all packages are securely and safely packed to withstand standard handling. If a package is lost, a refund may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Policy - Style Bundles

Depending on the size of the bundles, most will be shipped via Pudo

Shipping may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Please note that patience is appreciated, especially with style bundles, as this is a one-woman operation.
